The purpose of this project was to implement virtual environments that took into account the needs of visually impaired people. The object of the study was to determine the differences in the perception of different virtual environments.
Nowadays, one of the classic problems of using virtual reality applications is the difficulties for people with different spectrum of vision defects, sometimes solved by wearing corrective glasses "under" the VR goggles or using the goggles without glasses, both of which cause possible difficulties or discomfort.
Analyses of the application will help point out what elements/assets/solutions affect the differences in the perception of people with and without visual impairments, which can contribute to the formulation of specific solutions to improve VR applications for the needs of people with visual impairments.
